Hello Debbie,
I'm one of your cousins.
My father was your Dad's brother George and I met you once when you were about 7 years old when our family dropped in to visit at Nawton whilst returning home from a holiday at Scarborough.
I came across your website purely by chance after having been inspired to carry out a search after a recent meeting with one of your other cousins Alan McGonigall to discuss the Allan family history.
Your Dad was always one of my boyhood heroes, him being in Bomb Disposal and obviously a very brave man.
My wife Janette and I have compiled lots of information regarding the Allan family tree but there is still unanswered questions.
Finding your website is a real discovery and we would very much like to compare notes with you.
